What’s new in SSS Social

Video formats, animation and an optional voice
- Five ways to tell an article as a video: the classic layout, Key points, Quotes, Q&A and Headline. Product pages gain Spotlight — one line of your own description on each photo, then the price.
- Choose how the words appear: still, line by line, word by word, karaoke, slide in or kinetic words. Photos can zoom slowly.
- An optional voice reads the video aloud, in English or Bengali. Music alone stays the default.
- Every option has a short preview, so you see it before you make a video.
Report a problem, and a shorter menu
- Report a problem sits at the bottom of the menu. Tell us what went wrong, and our answer appears on the same page.
- The menu is grouped into Posts, Auto-posting, Workspace and Help.
Bigger uploads, faster posting, clearer failures
- No upload limit of our own — each network’s own limit is the only one. Your files go straight from your browser to storage.
- Attaching media is now the first step in Compose, and Instagram’s limits match Instagram’s own figures: Reels up to 300 MB and 15 minutes.
- A post goes to all of its accounts at the same time instead of one after another.
- If a scheduled post fails, you get an email saying what went wrong and what to do. You are also told when a shop post pauses because the product is out of stock, and when posts wait because the period’s post allowance is used up.
How-to articles, reminders and safer disconnects
- How-to articles, each with a short walkthrough video.
- Disconnecting an account keeps your post history. Deleting the history is a separate, deliberate choice.
- An email reminds you a few days before a package ends. Nothing renews by itself.
- A scheduled post that is more than a week late is held for you to review instead of going out late.
Your own music on videos
- Upload your own tracks and use them on videos. You confirm you have the rights to each track first.
- The user guide has its own set of pictures for phones.

Video settings per account
- For website videos, each account can have its own shape and length — for example landscape for YouTube and portrait for TikTok.
- A website’s video settings gain the same music and length choices as the Generate videos page.
Video looks and your brand colour
- Four looks for article videos — framed, colour, photo and minimal — in your brand colour.
- The look picker shows each look on your own page before you choose.
An article and its video go out as two posts
- With video turned on, each article goes out as a normal post with its picture, and its video follows as a second post a few minutes later — including to TikTok and YouTube.
