Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SSS Social, a social media management product operated by SSS Trading, a company registered in Bangladesh. By creating an account or using SSS Social you agree to these Terms.

01 The service

SSS Social lets a business connect its own social media accounts and, from one dashboard, compose, schedule and publish posts, post its own website's articles and products automatically, and review its publishing record. Supported platforms currently are Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. Your SSS account also signs you in to some other products operated by SSS Trading.

02 Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 to hold an account and at least 18 to bind a business to a commercial agreement. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You must only connect social accounts you own or are authorised to manage.

03 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Publish unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, misleading, or sexually explicit material through the service.
• Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent who you are authorised to post for.
• Use the service to send spam, run engagement-farming schemes, or artificially inflate metrics.
• Interfere with the integrity or security of the service, or access it by automated means without our written consent.
• Use the service in a way that breaches the terms, policies, or community guidelines of any connected platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

04 Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. By uploading it, you grant SSS Trading a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and transmit that content strictly as needed to deliver the features you request — including sending it to the platform you chose to publish on. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are responsible for holding the rights to everything you publish, including music, images, and video used in a post.

05 Connected platforms

When you connect a social account, you authorise SSS Social to act on that account within the permissions granted in the platform's own consent screen — for example, publishing a post you submit. Your use of each platform remains governed by that platform's terms; SSS Social does not override them, and we are not responsible for a platform's availability, policy changes, or moderation decisions.

TikTok specifically: content you publish through SSS Social is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Music Usage Confirmation. SSS Social presents the privacy, comment, duet, and stitch options TikTok reports for your account and applies exactly what you select; we never choose those settings on your behalf. You can revoke our access at any time from TikTok's app permission settings.

YouTube specifically: SSS Social uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel and using those features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and you can revoke SSS Social's access to your Google account at any time from the Google security settings page.

06 Scheduling and delivery

Scheduled publishing depends on third-party APIs that can rate-limit, reject, or delay a request. We retry transient failures and report the outcome per post, but we cannot guarantee that any specific post publishes at an exact time.

07 Fees

Where a package or extra is paid, its price and the period it covers are shown before you buy. Prices include tax: the price shown is the total you are charged, and nothing is added at checkout. Payments are processed by Creem, the merchant of record, which issues your receipt and accounts for any VAT or sales tax contained in the price.

Nothing renews automatically. A package is a single payment for a fixed period, one month or one year. When it ends, your account returns to the free package, and you are not charged again unless you choose to buy again. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

08 Intellectual property

The SSS Social software, design, logos, and trademarks are owned by SSS Trading or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the service except as these Terms or applicable law permit.

09 Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSS Trading and its directors, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months or BDT 5,000.

11 Indemnity

You agree to hold SSS Trading harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the service.

12 Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings, or request erasure through our Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if continued operation creates a legal or security risk. Sections that by their nature survive termination — intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law — do survive.

13 Changes

We may update these Terms and will give notice of material changes by email or by a banner in the product at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

14 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
