Common questions
How do I connect a social account?
Sign in, open the Accounts page, and choose the platform. You are sent to that platform’s own authorisation screen, where you decide which pages or accounts to grant. Once you approve, the account appears in your workspace and can be selected in the composer.
How do I disconnect an account or revoke access?
Open Accounts and disconnect it — the stored access token is deleted immediately and no further requests are made on your behalf. You can also revoke access from the platform itself: on TikTok, Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions; on Facebook, Settings → Business integrations.
A scheduled post failed. What now?
Open the post and read the error shown against the account that failed. Transient platform errors are retried automatically. Permanent ones — an expired token, a revoked permission, media the platform rejected — need the account reconnected or the media corrected, and the post can then be republished.
Why can I only pick certain privacy options on TikTok?
The options shown come from TikTok, read from your account immediately before you post. If TikTok reports that comment, duet or stitch is switched off for your account, that option is disabled here too. We never choose those settings for you.
How do I delete my data?
Submit a request on the Data Deletion page. You do not need an SSS account to submit one. Requests are reviewed and actioned within 30 days, and disconnecting an account removes its stored token straight away.
I forgot my password.
Use the “Forgot password?” link on the sign-in page. We email a reset link valid for one hour.
