Publishing
One composer that understands what each platform accepts.
- Publish to Facebook Pages, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube from a single screen. X, LinkedIn, Threads and Pinterest are not available yet.
- Per-platform captions when a post needs different wording on different channels.
- Photos, videos, Reels, Stories, carousels and albums, with the media rules of each platform checked before you can submit.
- Live publishing status per account, so a failure on one channel never hides behind a success on another.
- Platform-specific fields where they matter — YouTube title, tags, category and made-for-kids; Instagram location; TikTok comment, duet and stitch.
- TikTok direct posting is approved, so the composer offers the privacy levels TikTok reports for the connected account, with none pre-selected — plus the Commercial Content Disclosure and Music Usage Confirmation TikTok requires.
Scheduling and calendar
Plan a month of content and let it go out on time.
- Schedule any post for a future date and time, and edit or cancel it until it publishes.
- A month calendar showing everything queued, published and failed.
- Automatic retries on transient platform errors — up to three attempts — with permanent failures reported rather than retried forever.
- Reusable templates and saved hashtag groups so recurring content takes seconds.
Your website, posted for you
New articles become posts without anyone copying a link.
- Point SSS Social at a blog or news feed and new articles arrive as drafts or scheduled posts.
- Each post carries the article’s own picture and a link — an article with no picture goes out as text and a link — and the wording can be tuned per platform before it goes out.
- If your monthly post allowance runs out, an article is held rather than dropped and goes out when the allowance resets.
- A site that publishes in more than one language posts each article once per language, and you can edit the wording of any language before it goes out.
- Post one part of a site rather than all of it — a sports desk, a product blog, a single section — by choosing which pages count.
- An article that carries its own video file goes out as a video where the platform wants one.
Your blog posts itselfYour shop, posted for you
Product pages become posts, and nothing is posted that cannot be bought.
- Point SSS Social at an online shop and it recognises product pages rather than articles.
- Each product becomes a post built from its own photographs, with the price, on the schedule you set.
- Every product page is read again just before its post goes out. An item that has sold out is paused rather than advertised, and you resume or skip it.
Your shop, posted for youShort videos from your articles and products
A one-minute video, made from what you already published.
- Turn each new article into a short video that tells its story in about a minute — portrait for Reels, Stories and TikTok, or landscape for YouTube — with a “read the complete post” card at the end.
- Turn each product into a short video built from its own photographs, with the price on the last frame.
- Every paid package includes one video a month, and the video add-on adds more on any package, including the free one. With your own AI key on a paid package, the video allowance is ten times larger.
Posts written for you
The wording of each article post, written by AI instead of copied from the headline.
- Switch a website source to AI writing and each new article gets a post written for it — the headline and summary reworded for social, never the link.
- Give it a tone in your own words — “plain, no exclamation marks, always end with a question” — and every post follows it.
- On a multi-language site the rewrite is done per language, so each audience reads a post written for them.
- An add-on on every package, including the free one, with a monthly allowance — or bring your own AI key on a paid package and the allowance stops applying.
Teams and approvals
Controls for the moment more than one person touches the account.
- Invite teammates with roles, including a reviewer role.
- Anyone without publish permission has their posts held until a teammate who can publish approves them.
- Posts made from your website can be set to wait for review instead of going out by themselves.
Analytics
Your publishing record, as far back as your package allows.
- Every post you have published, with the date, the destination and whether it reached the platform or failed.
- A workspace overview across all connected accounts, with YouTube view counts where YouTube provides them. Facebook, Instagram and TikTok engagement figures are not available yet.
- How far back you can look is set by your package — 30 days on the free one, up to everything since you started with the analytics add-on.
Bring your own keys
On a paid package, two of the limits are yours to lift.
- Add your own AI key from any provider and AI writing becomes unlimited — you pay your provider directly, and we stop counting.
- Connect your own Google Cloud project and your YouTube uploads get their own 100 a day, Google’s allowance for a new project, instead of a share of ours.
- One condition on the YouTube half, and it is Google’s: a new Cloud project uploads videos as private until it passes YouTube’s free compliance audit, which you apply for directly and which usually takes several weeks.
- Both are set up in Settings, encrypted, and removable at any time. Remove a key and your package’s own allowance applies again.
Packages that stop when you stop
Nothing renews without you choosing it again.
- A free package, and three paid ones — monthly or yearly, with prices published on the home page before you sign up.
- One package per person, covering every workspace you own, with the limits shared between them.
- Nothing auto-renews: a package runs for the period you paid for and then stops, so there is no subscription to remember to cancel.
- Only the workspace owner can buy a package or end one early, and ending early is confirmed twice because it forfeits the rest of the period.
