Start on the free package and stay there as long as you like. When you need more, buy a package for a month or a year — it runs for exactly that long and then stops. We never charge you again without you choosing to.
What every package includes
The packages differ in how much you can do, far more than in what you can do. Everything below works on the free package, with one exception noted on the card.
One composer for every connected channel
Publish to Facebook Pages, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube from a single screen, with per-platform captions and each platform’s media rules checked before you submit.
Scheduling and a month calendar
Queue a post for any date and time, see the whole month at a glance, and have transient platform failures retried for you.
Teams and approvals
Invite teammates with roles; posts from anyone without publish permission wait for a teammate who can publish to approve them. This is the one thing the free package cannot do: it is a single seat, so team features start with Pro.
Your website, posted for you
Point SSS Social at a blog or news feed and new articles arrive as drafts or scheduled posts.
Billing questions
Does a package renew automatically?
No. A package runs for the period you paid for — a month or a year — and then stops. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy again, so there is no subscription to remember to cancel.
Is there a free package?
Yes. The free package needs no card and does not expire. You can stay on it for as long as you like, and buy a paid package later without losing anything.
What counts as a post?
One post for every destination it goes to. The same write-up sent to your Facebook Page, Instagram and YouTube channel counts as three, and each language you publish in is its own post. Drafts never count.
Can I use my own AI key instead of the AI allowance?
Yes, on any paid package. Add a key from any AI provider in Settings and the AI writing allowance stops applying — rewriting posts becomes unlimited, and your provider bills you directly instead of us. Your video allowance also goes up ten times, because the model is nearly all of what a video costs; producing the video itself is still our work, so that part stays capped. Keys are encrypted, optional and removable at any time — remove one and your package allowance simply applies again.
Why is there a daily YouTube limit, and can I remove it?
YouTube counts uploads per Google Cloud project, and every SSS Social merchant shares ours — so each package gets a share of one bucket rather than a limit we invented. On a paid package you can connect your own Google Cloud project and get your own 100 a day, Google’s allowance for a new project, instead. One condition, and it is Google’s rather than ours: a new Cloud project uploads videos as private until it passes YouTube’s compliance audit. You get the 100 a day straight away, but they publish privately until you have been through that audit — it is free, you apply to YouTube directly, and it usually takes several weeks.
Do the limits apply per workspace?
No — per person. One package covers every workspace you own, and the allowances are shared between them rather than granted to each.
Who can buy or end a package?
Only the workspace owner. Ending a package early forfeits the rest of the period you paid for, so the product asks you to confirm it twice.
Is tax included in the price shown?
Yes. Every price on this page is the total you pay. If VAT or sales tax applies where you are, it is already included — Creem, the merchant of record, works out how much is due and pays it from that amount. Nothing is added at checkout, and the price does not change with the country you buy from.
Who takes the payment?
Creem, acting as the merchant of record. Creem handles the payment, the tax and the invoice, and appears on your statement. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
What happens to my content if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. When a paid package ends you return to the free package: your posts, drafts and connected accounts all stay, and the free allowances apply from then on. If you have more workspaces or teammates than the free package covers, the extra ones are locked: they keep everything in them and you can see them, but they cannot be used until a package covers them again, or until you delete workspaces or remove teammates you no longer need.
