1 · Create your account and workspace
Sign up
Go to Sign up and register with your email and a password, or continue with Google. The same SSS account also signs you in to some other SSS products.
Create a workspace
A workspace is one brand or company — its connected accounts, posts and team live together. Your first one is made for you when you sign up. Running several brands? Create a workspace per brand and switch between them from the menu; your plan limits are shared across all workspaces you own.
Invite teammates (paid packages)
The free package is for one person. On a paid package, invite teammates under People by email and choose what each may do — compose, manage accounts, manage the workspace. Invitees get an email link and need their own SSS account.

2 · Pick a plan (you can start free)
Free to begin
Every account starts on the Free package — 30 posts a month, for one person, with no card needed.
Upgrade when you need volume
See Pricing: Pro ($8/month, 150 posts), Max ($22/month, 2,000 posts) and Enterprise ($75/month, unlimited). Paying yearly costs eight times the monthly price — about four months free.
Add-ons
AI writing and video add-ons can be added to any package, including Free, from the same page. Enterprise can also buy AI top-ups. Payment is by card at a secure checkout; you land back on the site with your package active.
What counts against the allowance
Each destination a post reaches counts once. One post sent to Facebook, Instagram and YouTube uses three. Drafts are free, and a delivery that fails costs nothing. A scheduled post that would go over the allowance is held, not lost — it goes out when the allowance resets.

3 · Connect your social accounts
Where
Open Accounts in the sidebar. Each platform has a Connect button that sends you to the platform itself to approve — SSS Social never sees your password.
Facebook Pages
Connect with your Facebook login, then choose which of your Pages to manage. Posting needs a Page (not a personal profile).
Instagram
Instagram Business or Creator accounts connect through the Facebook Page they are linked to — link them in Instagram’s own settings first if you have not.
TikTok
Direct posting is approved for SSS Social. When you publish, the composer offers exactly the privacy levels TikTok reports for your account, plus TikTok’s required commercial-content and music confirmations.
YouTube
Connect with Google. Videos publish with the title, tags, category and made-for-kids setting you give in the composer.
X, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest
Not available yet, so they have no Connect button. One will appear on this page when a network becomes available.

4 · Publish your first post
Compose
Open Compose, pick the accounts the post goes to, write the caption and attach photos or video. Each platform’s media rules are checked before you can submit, so a video that TikTok would reject is caught here, not after.
Per-platform wording
Need different wording on different channels? Expand a platform’s own caption field and override just that one.
Platform extras
Platform-specific fields appear only where they matter — YouTube title and tags, Instagram location, TikTok privacy and disclosures.
Publish or schedule
Publish now, or pick a date and time. Every target account reports its own success or failure — one failing channel never hides behind the others.

5 · Plan with the calendar
Month view
The Calendar shows everything queued, published and failed. Open any scheduled post to edit or cancel it right up until it publishes.
Automatic retries
A post that fails on a temporary platform error is retried up to three times before it is reported as failed — permanent errors are reported immediately with the platform’s reason.
Templates and hashtag groups
Save recurring formats as templates and hashtag sets as groups, and recurring content takes seconds instead of minutes.

6 · Put your website on autopilot
Connect a site
Open Websites and add your blog, news site or any site that publishes articles. New articles are found automatically and arrive as drafts or scheduled posts — your choice.
Choose what posts
Post the whole site or only a section of it. A site publishing in several languages posts each article once per language, and you can edit any language’s wording before it goes out.
Picture and link
Each post carries the article’s own picture and a link; an article with no picture goes out as text and a link. Tune the wording per platform if you want.
Videos from articles
Turn on video for a website and each article becomes a generated video — choose the shape and length per destination page (YouTube landscape, TikTok portrait…), a visual look, your brand colour, and music that follows the article’s tone.

7 · Put your shop on autopilot
Connect a shop
Add an online shop under Websites and product pages are recognised as products, not articles.
Products become posts
Each product posts with its own photographs and price, on the schedule you set.
Sold out = paused
Every product page is read again just before its post goes out. A sold-out item is paused rather than advertised. When it is back in stock you resume the post, or you skip it.

8 · Generate videos on demand
One-off videos
Besides website autopilot, Generate videos turns any article or product page into a video on demand — pick shape, length, look, brand colour and music, then watch and download it. Nothing is kept on our side, so download it before you leave the page; to post it, upload the file in Compose.
Video allowance
Each video uses one unit of your package’s video allowance or of a video add-on. Paid packages include one video a month; the free package includes none, so add the video add-on to make videos there.

9 · Run client brands (agencies)
One workspace per client
Give each client brand its own workspace with its own connected accounts and calendar — switch from the workspace menu.
Label accounts by client
Inside a workspace, the Clients page lets you create colour-coded client labels and assign each connected account to one, so you can tell whose page is whose.
One package
Package limits are shared across every workspace you own, so one package covers all your clients.

10 · Your account, billing and help
Settings
Change your password, manage your plan and sign out under Settings. Your current usage and allowance are shown there and on the pricing page when signed in.
Analytics
The Analytics page shows your posting record across accounts: what went out, where, when, and whether it succeeded. YouTube view counts appear where YouTube provides them. Facebook, Instagram and TikTok engagement figures are not available yet.
Help
Stuck? Support reaches a human. The Features page lists everything the product does today.
