You choose which sections post and in what order, each language goes out as its own post linking to its own page, and posts can wait for an editor’s approval.

Editorial control
A website can be set so every post it makes waits for approval on the Posts page, where an editor approves it or sends it back with a note. Any post can be reworded, moved or deleted before it goes out, and your own wording always wins over anything written for you — including the optional AI-written wording.
How quickly new articles are picked up
Your site is checked automatically — daily on the larger packages, weekly on the smaller ones — and anyone can press Check now to pick up a new article at once. It is then posted at the next posting time you set.
How it works, step by step
- Connect your accounts. Under Accounts, connect your Facebook Pages and Instagram, and TikTok and YouTube for video.
- Check your site. Under Websites, paste the site’s address and press Check website. You see how many articles it found and in which sections.
- Choose sections, languages and pace. Pick the sections and their order, the languages, the days and times, and whether posts wait for approval.
- Let it run. New articles post themselves; the Articles tab shows what went out, what is waiting and why anything was held.

Can different sections of my site post in a set order?
Yes. Choose several sections and either post all of one before the next, or take turns — one from each in order.
We publish in two languages. Can each reach its own readers?
Yes. If your site links its translations together, each language you choose is posted separately and links to its own page.
Can an editor approve posts before they publish?
Yes. Set the website so its posts wait for review, and approve or reject them on the Posts page. A rejected post goes back to drafts with your note.
Will connecting the site post our whole archive?
No. Everything already published when you connect is recorded as seen. Only new articles are posted, unless you release older ones yourself.
