Your team, with the right permissions
On a paid package, invite teammates by email and give each a role — admin, manager, editor or reviewer — or a custom set of permissions, such as writing posts but not managing connected accounts. Anyone without permission to publish has their posts held until a teammate who can publish approves them.
One package for the whole agency
A package belongs to you, not to a workspace, so its limits are shared across every client workspace you own. Bigger packages add more workspaces, more teammates and more posts a month; the numbers are below and on the pricing page.
To post to a client’s Facebook Page or Instagram you connect it while signed in to Facebook as someone with a role on that Page — the same access any tool needs.

Can my clients see each other’s accounts or posts?
No. Each client is a separate workspace with its own connected accounts, posts, calendar and team. People see only the workspaces they have been invited to.
Can a post wait for my approval before it publishes?
Yes. Teammates without publish permission have their posts held until someone who can publish approves them, and a website can be set so every post it makes waits for review.
Do I need a separate package for every client?
No. Your package is yours and covers every workspace you own; its post allowance is shared across all of them.
Can I invite teammates on the free package?
No. The free package is for one person. Inviting teammates and giving them roles starts with the paid packages.
