How to post to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube at once
The short answer
Write the post once in SSS Social, tick every account it should go to — Facebook Pages, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube — and press Publish, or pick a date to schedule it. Each account then reports its own result, so a problem on one network never hides behind a success on another.
Each platform has its own rules — TikTok and YouTube take only video, Instagram needs a picture or a video — and SSS Social checks them before you press Publish.

- Facebook Pages — text, photos, videos, albums and Stories.
- Instagram — a photo, a video (as a Reel), a carousel or a Story. Text alone is not accepted.
- TikTok — video only. You choose who can see each post; nothing is pre-selected.
- YouTube — video only, with its own title. You choose Public, Unlisted or Private each time; nothing is pre-selected.
- X, LinkedIn, Threads and Pinterest are not available yet.
Different wording for different networks
One caption can go everywhere, or you can open each network’s tab and adjust its wording — a shorter line for one, more hashtags for another — without writing the post again.
How it works, step by step
- Connect your accounts. Under Accounts, connect your Facebook Page (its Instagram comes with it), TikTok and YouTube.
- Open Compose. Add your photo or video first, then write the caption.
- Tick the accounts. Choose every account the post should reach. A network that cannot take what you attached is greyed out with the reason.
- Adjust per network if you like. Change the wording for any one network, and answer the questions TikTok and YouTube require — who can see the post.
- Publish now or schedule. Publish at once, or pick a date and time — even months ahead. The post’s status then shows the result for every account separately.

Questions and answers
Is it free to post to several networks at once?
Yes. The free package includes publishing to every connected network. Each destination counts as one post against the monthly allowance, so one post sent to four accounts uses four.
Can I post the same video to TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts?
Yes. Attach one vertical video and tick all three; each platform receives it in the format it accepts, after its rules are checked.
What happens if one network rejects the post?
The other accounts still publish. The failed one shows the platform’s own reason, and a temporary error is retried automatically.
Can I schedule the post instead of publishing now?
Yes. Pick any future date and time — even months ahead — and edit or cancel the post until it goes out.
