As the workspace owner you can also buy or end a package.

For your own keys (optional, paid packages): an API key from your AI provider, or a Google Cloud project for YouTube.

Step by step

Step 1: Open Settings

Open Settings from the sidebar or the ☰ menu. It shows who you are signed in as, and is where you change your password — at least 8 characters, and different from the current one — or sign out.

Step 2: Check your package and usage

Your current package and its usage meters are shown in Settings, together with how posts are counted and the tax, payment and refund details. The pricing page also shows your usage when you are signed in.

Step 3: Buy or end a package

The workspace owner can buy a package for 30 or 365 days from Settings or Pricing. It never renews by itself. Ending one early forfeits the rest of the period, so you are asked to confirm twice.

The pricing page — every package and add-on with its limits.

Step 4: Add your own keys (paid packages)

Under Your AI key, add a key from any AI provider and AI writing stops counting against an allowance — your provider bills you directly — and your video allowance grows tenfold. Under Your own YouTube project, connect your Google Cloud project for your own 100 YouTube uploads a day; a new project uploads as private until it passes YouTube’s free compliance audit. Keys are encrypted and removable at any time.

Step 5: Read your posting record in Analytics

Open Analytics for your publishing record across accounts: what went out, where, when, and whether it succeeded, with YouTube view counts where YouTube provides them. Facebook, Instagram and TikTok engagement figures are not available yet. How far back you can look depends on your package; the unlimited-history add-on shows everything since you started.

Analytics — your publishing record across accounts.

Step 6: Get help from a person

Stuck? The Support page reaches a person — email admin@ssstrading.site and you usually get an answer within one business day.

Step 7: Delete your data if you leave

To have your account and data deleted, follow the steps on the data deletion page.

Tips

Use a password you use nowhere else, and change it from Settings if you think it has been seen.

Check Analytics after a busy week to confirm every post reached every account.

The Features page lists everything SSS Social does today.

Frequently asked questions

Why does Analytics show no likes or reach for Facebook and Instagram?

Engagement figures from Facebook, Instagram and TikTok are not available yet. Analytics shows your publishing record for every account, and view counts for YouTube where YouTube provides them.

Where do I get an invoice?

Creem, the merchant of record, takes the payment and issues the invoice for each purchase.

How do I change my password?

Open Settings, enter your current password and a new one of at least 8 characters, and save.

How do I contact support?

Email admin@ssstrading.site or use the Support page. A person answers, usually within one business day.

The illustrated version is section 10 of the guide: Your account, billing and help.

Get started

Create your free account — everything in this article is in Settings from day one.

Create your free account

More how-to articles

Previous: How to manage several client brands in SSS Social as an agency

All how-to articles

Give each client its own SSS Social workspace, label accounts by client, bring in your team with approvals, and cover every client with one package.

Agencies run SSS Social with one workspace per client: each client’s social accounts, calendar, website and posts stay separate, you switch between them from the workspace menu, and one package covers every workspace you own.

This article sets up that structure, adds your team, and shows where approvals fit in.

Watch the walkthrough

Before you start

A paid package if teammates will work alongside you — the free package is a single seat. Check how many workspaces each package includes on the pricing page.

Access to each client’s accounts: for a Facebook Page, a role on the Page that lets you manage it.

A list of your clients and who on your team works on each.

Step by step

Step 1: Create a workspace per client

Create one workspace for each client brand and name it after the client. Everything inside — accounts, posts, calendar, website, team — stays with that client.

Step 2: Connect the client’s accounts

Inside each workspace, open Accounts and connect that client’s Facebook Page, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube — see how to connect social accounts.

Accounts — every connected platform, with its own Connect or Disconnect button.

Step 3: Label accounts on the Clients page

Inside a workspace, open Clients to create colour-coded client labels — with a contact name and internal notes such as the service tier — and assign each connected account to one. It makes whose page is whose obvious, which helps when one workspace holds several sub-brands.

Step 4: Bring in your team

Open People in each workspace and invite the teammates who work on that client, with a role — admin, manager, editor or reviewer — or a custom set of permissions. Each person joins with their own SSS account.

People — where teammates are invited and given a role.

Step 5: Use approvals for sign-off

Posts from anyone without publish permission wait until a teammate who can publish approves them. Posts made from a client’s website can also be set to wait for review instead of going out by themselves.

Step 6: Plan each client’s month

Switch to a client’s workspace and use its own Calendar and Posts page, so one client’s schedule never mixes with another’s.

Step 7: Keep an eye on the package

Package limits are shared across every workspace you own, so one package covers all your clients. Your usage is under Settings.

Tips

Each workspace follows one website, so a client’s blog or shop belongs in that client’s workspace.

Save each client’s recurring formats as templates and their hashtags as hashtag groups.

Give clients who sign off on posts the reviewer role rather than a full login.

Frequently asked questions

Does each client need its own SSS Social package?

No. Limits are per person and shared across every workspace you own, so one package covers all your clients. Choose a package whose workspace count fits your client list.

Can my client log in to see their posts?

Yes, on a paid package. Invite them under People in their workspace with the role you choose. They need their own SSS account and only see the workspaces they are invited to.

What happens to client workspaces if my package ends?

Nothing is deleted. Workspaces beyond what the free package covers are locked, with everything in them kept, until a package covers them again.

The illustrated version is section 9 of the guide: Run client brands (agencies).

Get started

Create a free account and set up your first client workspace today.

Create your free account

More how-to articles

Previous: How to turn an article or product page into a short video

Next: How to manage your SSS Social account, billing and posting analytics

All how-to articles

Paste an article or product link into SSS Social, choose shape, length, look, colour and music, then watch and download a ready-made social video.

Paste the address of an article or a product page into Generate videos and SSS Social makes a short video from it — the article’s story, or the product’s photos and price — in the shape, length and look you choose.

You watch it in the browser and download it; to post it, you upload the file in Compose. Here is each choice along the way.

Watch the walkthrough

Before you start

The address of a public article or product page.

A video allowance. Paid packages include one video a month; on the free package, add the video add-on first.

Your brand colour as a hex code, such as #0d9488, if you want the video in your colours.

Step by step

Step 1: Open Generate videos

Open Generate videos from the sidebar, or from the ☰ menu on a phone.

Step 2: Paste the page address

Paste the address of a product page or an article. SSS Social reads the page, works out whether it is an article or a product, and reads its tone.

Step 3: Choose the shape

Pick Portrait 9:16 for Reels, Shorts and TikTok, Landscape 16:9 for YouTube, or Square 1:1 for feeds.

Step 4: Choose the length

For an article, choose a Trailer — under 90 seconds — or a Full video that covers the whole article. A product video is built from the product’s photos, with the price on the last frame.

Step 5: Choose a look, colour and music

Pick a look for the video, set your brand colour, and choose the music: suggested to match the page’s tone, chosen from the library, your own, or none at all.

Step 6: Generate, watch and download

Make the video, watch it, and download it. The video is not stored on our servers, so download it before you leave the page. Nothing is posted, and your history keeps no record of it.

Step 7: Post it from Compose

To publish the video, open Compose, choose Reel / Short (or Feed for a landscape YouTube video), upload the file and pick your accounts — see how to publish one post to every channel.

Compose — format, caption, media and destinations on one screen.

Step 8: Or let your website do it

For a steady stream, turn on video for your website under Websites and every new article or product becomes a video automatically — see how to auto-post your blog articles.

Websites — where a blog or shop is connected.

Tips

Articles with clear headings make better videos: the headings give the video its structure.

Use landscape for YouTube and portrait everywhere else; square suits feed posts.

With your own AI key on a paid package, your video allowance is ten times larger.

Frequently asked questions

How many videos can I make?

Each video uses one unit of your package’s video allowance or of a video add-on. Paid packages include one video a month, the free package includes none, and the video add-on adds more on any package.

Are generated videos saved in my account?

No. The video is not stored on our servers. Download it before you leave the page, then upload it in Compose to post it.

Can it make a video from any website?

From any public article or product page. A page that only draws its text in the browser may give a shorter video, built from the page’s own summary.

The illustrated version is section 8 of the guide: Generate videos on demand.

Get started

Create a free account and turn your next article into a video.

Create your free account

More how-to articles

Previous: How to auto-post your online shop’s products to social media

Next: How to manage several client brands in SSS Social as an agency

All how-to articles

Connect your online shop to SSS Social and each product is posted with its photos and price on your schedule — and anything sold out is paused.

Point SSS Social at your online shop and it recognises product pages, then posts each product with its own photographs and price on the schedule you set.

Every product page is read again just before its post goes out, so an item that has sold out is paused instead of advertised. Here is how to set it up.

Watch the walkthrough

Before you start

The address of your shop: a collection or category page, or a single product page.

Product pages that publish their price and photos in the standard way online shops do. Shopify and WooCommerce do this by default.

A connected account to post to — see how to connect your social accounts.

Step by step

Step 1: Add the shop under Websites

Open Websites and enter a collection page or a product page from your shop. SSS Social reads it and, when it finds products, sets the website up as a shop. There is no special mode to pick.

Websites — where a blog or shop is connected.

Step 2: Check what it found

The preview shows the products it recognised, with their price and photos. That is what each post will be built from.

Step 3: Choose where and when

Tick the accounts that should receive the posts, then choose the posting days, how many posts a day, and whether to start from the newest or the oldest product.

Step 4: Decide what each post says

Each post is built from the product’s own photographs, with its price. The price is never invented: it is printed exactly as your product page states it.

Step 5: Decide what happens when a product sells out

Under When a product is out of stock, choose Don’t post it — pause and ask me or Post it anyway. A paused post waits for you: resume it when the item is back in stock, or skip it.

Step 6: Add product videos if you want them

Turn on video and each product also becomes a short video built from its own photographs, with the price on the last frame — ready for Reels, TikTok and YouTube.

Generate videos — paste a page, choose the look, download the video.

Step 7: Review and save

Check the summary and save. Review each post before it goes out is ticked by default, so you approve each product post before it is published. New products then appear on your Calendar as they are found.

The Calendar — a month of queued, published and failed posts.

Tips

Keep stock status accurate on your shop — that is what the check just before posting reads.

Clear, well-lit product photos make better posts and better videos. The first photo leads the post.

Choose oldest first to work steadily through an existing catalogue, newest first to promote new arrivals.

Frequently asked questions

Which online shops work with SSS Social?

Any shop whose product pages publish standard product information: price, currency, availability and photos. Shopify and WooCommerce do this by default, and many other shop systems do too.

Will SSS Social advertise a product that has sold out?

Not if you choose to pause sold-out items. Each product page is read again just before its post goes out, and a sold-out item is paused until you resume or skip it.

Where does the price in the post come from?

From your product page, exactly as it is written there. SSS Social never makes up or rounds a price.

The illustrated version is section 7 of the guide: Put your shop on autopilot.

Get started

Create a free account and let your shop’s products post themselves.

Create your free account

More how-to articles

Previous: How to auto-post your blog articles to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube

Next: How to turn an article or product page into a short video

All how-to articles

Connect your website to SSS Social and every new article becomes a social post with its picture and a link — and, if you like, a short video.

Connect your blog or news site under Websites and SSS Social finds each new article by itself and turns it into a post — headline, summary, the article’s own picture and a link — on the days and at the pace you choose.

Turn on video and every article also becomes a short generated video for Reels, TikTok and YouTube. Setting it up is one seven-step form.

Watch the walkthrough

Before you start

A connected account to post to. A Facebook Page or Instagram can carry an article post; YouTube and TikTok need a video, which the video option makes for you.

Your site’s address. Most sites already set one for link previews (the og:image tag).

Step by step

Step 1: Enter your website

Open Websites and type the address of your blog or article page. SSS Social checks the site — it looks for a feed, then a sitemap, then the article links on the page — and previews the newest article it found. A workspace follows one website; for a second site, create another workspace.

Step 2: Choose which part of the site posts

Post everything on the website, or only one part of it, such as a single section or category. If the site publishes in more than one language, each language becomes its own post and you choose which languages to post.

Step 3: Choose where to post

Tick the connected Pages and accounts that should receive the posts. If nothing is connected yet you can still save the website — it stays paused, with your settings kept, until you connect an account.

Accounts — every connected platform, with its own Connect or Disconnect button.

Step 4: Decide what each post says

By default a post carries the article’s headline and summary with a link. With the AI writing add-on, or your own AI key on a paid package, each article gets post wording written for it in a tone you describe in your own words. You can edit any post’s wording before it goes out.

Step 5: Set when to post

Choose the posting days, how many posts a day, and whether waiting articles go out newest first or oldest first. Posts are spread out on your calendar rather than sent all at once.

The Calendar — a month of queued, published and failed posts.

Step 6: Pictures and video

Each post carries the article’s own picture. For an article without one, choose to post it anyway as text and a link, or to hold it until someone adds a picture. Turn on video and each article becomes a short video: for every destination choose the shape — portrait 9:16, landscape 16:9 or square 1:1 — and the length, a trailer under 90 seconds or a full video of the whole article, then a look and your brand colour. For TikTok choose who can see the videos, and for YouTube their privacy status; until you do, those two are skipped.

Step 7: Music, review and save

Choose the music — matched to each article’s tone, picked from the library, your own, or none — then check the summary and save. Review each post before it goes out is ticked by default, so posts wait for your approval; untick it to let them publish by themselves.

Step 8: Watch new articles arrive

New articles appear under the Articles tab and on your Calendar as they are found. Articles already on the site when you connect it are recorded but not posted — only articles published from then on go out automatically — and nothing is ever posted twice.

Tips

Give every article a good share image (1200×630 works everywhere) and a clear meta description. That is exactly what the post uses.

Publishing an RSS or Atom feed makes new articles show up fastest and most reliably.

Keep review switched on for the first week, then let posts go out automatically once you trust the wording.

Every destination and every language counts as one post against your allowance.

Frequently asked questions

Does my website need an RSS feed?

No. A feed is best, but SSS Social can also follow your sitemap, or read the article links on a page that lists your articles.

Will connecting my site post all my old articles?

No. Articles already on the site when you connect it are recorded, not posted. Only articles published from then on go out automatically.

What happens to an article without a picture?

You decide when you set the website up: post it anyway as text and a link, or hold it until someone adds a picture. Instagram skips articles without a picture or video either way.

Can articles be posted to YouTube and TikTok?

Yes, as videos. Turn on video for the website and each new article is made into a short video in the shape and length you chose for each destination.

The illustrated version is section 6 of the guide: Put your website on autopilot.

Get started

Create a free account, connect your blog, and let new articles post themselves.

Create your free account

More how-to articles

Previous: How to schedule social media posts with a calendar in SSS Social

Next: How to auto-post your online shop’s products to social media

All how-to articles

Schedule posts for any date and time, see the month at a glance, edit or cancel before they go out, and let temporary failures retry automatically.

Scheduling in SSS Social takes one extra choice in Compose — a date and a time — and the post then waits on the Calendar until it goes out by itself.

From the Calendar you see a whole month of queued, published and failed posts at once, and you can change or cancel any scheduled post right up until it publishes. Here is how to plan a month ahead.

Watch the walkthrough

Before you start

At least one connected account.

A rough plan: which days you want to post on, and how often.

Posts written, or at least their ideas — drafts can be finished and scheduled later.

Step by step

Step 1: Write the post

Open Compose and write the post as usual: format, destinations, caption and media. See how to publish one post to every channel for the details.

Compose — format, caption, media and destinations on one screen.

Step 2: Choose a date and time

Instead of publishing now, pick a date and a time and schedule it. The post is saved with the status Scheduled and goes out by itself — nobody needs to be signed in.

Step 3: See it on the Calendar

Open Calendar. The month view shows everything queued, published and failed, so gaps and crowded days are obvious at a glance.

Step 4: Edit, reschedule or cancel

Open any scheduled post to change its wording or media, move it to another time, or cancel it — until the moment it publishes. On the Posts page you can also filter by Scheduled and edit, duplicate or delete posts from the list.

Posts — every post with its status, and the allowance used this period.

Step 5: Let retries handle hiccups

If a platform has a temporary problem when a post goes out, SSS Social retries it up to three times before reporting it as failed. Permanent errors — a removed permission, a file the platform refuses — are reported straight away with the platform’s own reason, so you know what to fix.

Step 6: Save repeat formats

Save recurring formats as templates and hashtag sets as hashtag groups. A weekly post then takes seconds to queue instead of minutes.

Step 7: Keep an eye on the allowance

Scheduled posts count when they go out, not when you schedule them. A scheduled post that would go over your monthly allowance is held rather than dropped, and goes out when the allowance resets.

Tips

Batch your planning: write a week or a month of posts in one sitting and schedule them all.

Posts from a connected website are planned onto the same calendar, so you see your own posts and your blog’s together.

Use the Failed filter on the Posts page after a busy week to catch anything that needs a fix.

Frequently asked questions

Can I edit a post after scheduling it?

Yes. Open it from the Calendar or the Posts page and change the wording, media or time, or cancel it, at any point until it publishes.

What happens if a scheduled post fails?

Temporary platform errors are retried up to three times. If the post still cannot be published, it is marked as failed with the platform’s reason, and the other destinations are not affected.

Do scheduled posts count against my allowance when I schedule them?

No. A post counts when it goes out, once for each destination it reaches. A delivery that fails costs nothing.

The illustrated version is section 5 of the guide: Plan with the calendar.

Get started

Create a free account and schedule your next month of posts in one sitting.

Create your free account

More how-to articles

Previous: How to publish one post to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube at once

Next: How to auto-post your blog articles to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube

All how-to articles

Write a post once in SSS Social, pick your accounts, adjust the wording per platform and publish now or later — each account reports its own result.

In SSS Social you write a post once in Compose, tick the accounts it should go to, and publish it to all of them in one go — or schedule it for later.

Each platform’s media rules are checked before you can submit, and each account reports its own success or failure afterwards, so nothing fails silently. Here is the whole flow, from format to results.

Watch the walkthrough

Before you start

At least one connected account — see how to connect your social accounts.

Your caption, and any photos or video. YouTube and TikTok need a video; a short vertical video suits Reels, Shorts and TikTok alike.

For TikTok and YouTube, a decision about who should be able to see the post.

Step by step

Step 1: Open Compose and choose a format

Open Compose. Choose the format at the top: Feed (a standard post), Story (24 hours, Facebook and Instagram), Reel / Short (vertical short video) or Carousel (up to 10 images). The format decides which platforms can carry the post.

Step 2: Pick the destinations

Tick the connected accounts the post goes to. A Reel / Short with a vertical video, for example, can go to a Facebook Page, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok at the same time.

Step 3: Write the caption and add media

Write the caption and attach photos or a video. Media is checked against every chosen platform’s rules before you can submit, so a video TikTok would reject is caught here rather than after it fails. Saved templates and hashtag groups can be dropped in from the composer.

Step 4: Adjust the wording per platform

Need a different caption on one channel — shorter for TikTok, more hashtags for Instagram? Expand that platform’s own caption field and override just that one. Every other destination keeps the main caption.

Step 5: Fill in the platform extras

Extra fields appear only where a platform needs them: the YouTube title, tags, category and made-for-kids setting; the Instagram location; TikTok’s privacy level, comment, duet and stitch settings and its disclosures.

Step 6: Publish now or schedule

Publish straight away, or pick a date and time to schedule it. Scheduled posts wait on the Calendar and can be edited until they go out — see how to schedule posts with the calendar.

The Calendar — a month of queued, published and failed posts.

Step 7: Check the results

Open Posts. Every post shows its status — Draft, Pending, Scheduled, Published, Partial or Failed — and every destination reports its own result, with a link to the live post where it published. A post that reached some accounts but not others shows as Partial, so one failure never hides behind the others.

Posts — every post with its status, and the allowance used this period.

Tips

Not ready? Save a draft. Drafts never count against your allowance, and you can finish them later from the Posts page.

Use Duplicate on the Posts page to start a new post from one that worked before.

Each destination counts as one post against your allowance, and a delivery that fails costs nothing.

Frequently asked questions

Can one post go to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube together?

Yes, as long as the format suits each platform. A vertical video posted as a Reel / Short can go to all four; pick the accounts and publish once.

What happens if one platform rejects my post?

The other destinations still publish. The failing account shows the platform’s own reason, and temporary platform errors are retried automatically, up to three times, before a post is reported as failed.

Does a draft count against my allowance?

No. Only posts that go out count, once for each destination they reach.

The illustrated version is section 4 of the guide: Publish your first post.

Get started

Create your free account and publish your first post to every channel at once.

Create your free account

More how-to articles

Previous: How to connect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube to SSS Social

Next: How to schedule social media posts with a calendar in SSS Social

All how-to articles

This article covers each one and what to check before you start.

Watch the walkthrough

Before you start

A role on the Facebook Page you want to post to that lets you manage it. Posting needs a Page; a personal profile cannot be posted to.

For Instagram: a Business or Creator account linked to that Facebook Page. Make the link in Instagram’s own settings first.

The login for your TikTok account, and the Google account that owns your YouTube channel.

A workspace to connect them to — see how to create your account and workspace.

Step by step

Step 1: Open Accounts

Open Accounts from the sidebar, or from the ☰ menu on a phone. Every platform you can connect has its own Connect button. Accounts belong to the workspace you are in, so switch to the right workspace first if you run several brands.

Accounts — every connected platform, with its own Connect or Disconnect button.

Step 2: Connect Facebook and choose your Pages

Press Connect Facebook and sign in on Facebook. Facebook asks which Pages SSS Social may manage and what it may do with them. Approve, then choose the Pages you want in this workspace.

Step 3: Let Instagram follow its Page

Instagram Business and Creator accounts connect through the Facebook Page they are linked to, so once that Page is connected its Instagram account appears automatically. If it does not, link the two in Instagram’s settings and connect again.

Step 4: Connect TikTok

Press Connect for TikTok and approve on TikTok. Direct posting is approved for SSS Social, so posts go straight to your profile. When you publish, the composer offers exactly the privacy levels TikTok reports for your account, with none pre-selected, plus TikTok’s commercial-content disclosure and music usage confirmation.

Step 5: Connect YouTube

Press Connect for YouTube and sign in with the Google account that owns the channel. Videos then publish with the title, tags, category and made-for-kids setting you give them in the composer.

Step 6: Check the connection in Compose

Connected accounts are listed on the Accounts page and appear as destinations in Compose. If a platform later asks you to sign in again — after a password change, for example — reconnect from the same page.

Compose — format, caption, media and destinations on one screen.

Tips

Connect only the Pages a workspace actually posts for. An agency should keep each client’s accounts in that client’s own workspace.

X, LinkedIn, Threads and Pinterest are not available yet, so they have no Connect button. A button appears on the Accounts page when a network becomes available.

You can remove SSS Social’s access at any time, from the Accounts page or from the platform’s own app settings.

Frequently asked questions

Does SSS Social see my Facebook, TikTok or Google password?

No. You sign in on the platform itself and approve access there. SSS Social receives only the access you granted, and stores it encrypted.

Why can’t I post to my personal Facebook profile?

Facebook only lets apps publish to Pages, not to personal profiles. Create a Page for your business, or use one you already manage.

Which TikTok privacy setting will my post use?

The one you choose. The composer lists the options TikTok reports for your account and never picks one for you.

Can I connect X, LinkedIn, Threads or Pinterest?

Not yet. Those networks have no Connect button today; one will appear on the Accounts page when a network becomes available.

The illustrated version is section 3 of the guide: Connect your social accounts.

Get started

Create a free account and connect your first Page or channel in a few clicks.

Create your free account

More how-to articles

Previous: How to choose an SSS Social package — and start for free

Next: How to publish one post to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube at once

All how-to articles

Every price is shown on the pricing page before you sign up.

Step by step

Step 1: Start on Free

Every new account is on the Free package: one person, a monthly post allowance, no card and no end date. Composing, scheduling, the calendar, website auto-posting and your posting record all work on it, so you can try the real product before spending anything.

Step 2: Work out what counts

Allowances are counted in posts, and a post counts once for every destination it reaches. One write-up sent to a Facebook Page, an Instagram account and a YouTube channel uses three. Each language a website article is posted in is its own post. Drafts never count, a delivery that fails costs nothing, and a scheduled post that would go over the allowance is held, not lost — it goes out when the allowance resets.

Posts — every post with its status, and the allowance used this period.

Step 3: Compare the packages

Open Pricing. The paid packages are Pro, Max and Enterprise. They differ mainly in how much you can do — posts a month, workspaces, team members, videos — far more than in which features you get. Each card lists its limits, and the price shown is the total you pay, with any tax already included.

Step 4: Pick 30 days or 365 days

Every paid package can be bought for 30 days or for 365 days, and the longer period works out cheaper per month — the pricing page shows both prices side by side. Either way the package runs for exactly that long and then stops. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy again.

Step 5: Add an add-on if one need outgrows Free

Add-ons cover a single need without changing package: AI writing (post wording written for each article in your tone), video (more generated videos) and unlimited history (your full posting record in Analytics). AI writing and video can be added to any package, including Free; the pricing page lists every add-on with its price.

Step 6: Buy as the workspace owner

Only the workspace owner can buy a package. Payment is by card at a secure checkout run by Creem, the merchant of record, which handles the payment, the tax and the invoice. You come back to SSS Social with the package active straight away.

Step 7: Check your usage

Your current package and its usage meters are under Settings, alongside how posts are counted and the tax and refund details. The Posts page shows how much of this period’s allowance you have used.

Settings — your package, usage, password and keys.

Tips

Unsure about volume? Buy 30 days first. Once you know how much you post, buy 365 days next time.

On a paid package, add your own AI key in Settings and AI writing stops counting against an allowance — your AI provider bills you directly.

Limits are per person and shared across every workspace you own, so one package covers all your brands.

Frequently asked questions

Does an SSS Social package renew automatically?

No. A package runs for the period you paid for, 30 or 365 days, and then stops. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy again, so there is no subscription to cancel.

What happens when a paid package ends?

You return to the free package. Nothing is deleted: posts, drafts and connected accounts all stay. If you have more workspaces or teammates than the free package covers, the extra ones are locked, with everything in them kept, until a package covers them again.

Can I end a package early?

Yes, the workspace owner can. Ending early forfeits the rest of the period you paid for, so the product asks you to confirm twice. Refunds follow the published refund policy.

Is tax included in the price?

Yes. The price shown is the total you pay. Any VAT or sales tax due is already included, and nothing is added at checkout.

The illustrated version is section 2 of the guide: Pick a plan (you can start free).

Get started

Start on the free package today — no card needed — and upgrade only when you need more.

Create your free account

More how-to articles

Previous: How to create an SSS Social account and your first workspace

Next: How to connect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube to SSS Social

All how-to articles

Sign up for SSS Social with email or Google, get your first workspace automatically, add one per brand and invite your team — step by step.

You can have a working SSS Social account in about two minutes: sign up with your email or with Google, and your first workspace — the place where your connected accounts, posts and team live — is created for you.

This article walks through signing up, what a workspace is, when to create more than one, and how to bring teammates in.

Watch the walkthrough

Before you start

An email address you can open, or a Google account.

The name of the brand or business you will post for — it becomes the name of your workspace.

Nothing to pay. Every account starts on the free package, with no card needed.

Step by step

Step 1: Open the sign-up page

Go to Create your free account. Continue with Google for a one-click sign-up, or fill in your name, your email and a password. The same SSS account also signs you in to other SSS products, so you only ever need one login.

Step 2: Create the account

Press Create account. If you signed up with an email, keep the password somewhere safe — you can change it at any time under Settings. There is no trial clock to watch: the free package does not expire.

Step 3: Meet your first workspace

A workspace is one brand or company. Its connected social accounts, its posts and drafts, its calendar, its website and its team all live together inside it, and nothing leaks into another workspace. Your first workspace is made for you the moment you sign up, so you land straight in the app instead of on a setup form.

Step 4: Find your way around

On a computer every page is in the sidebar on the left — Compose, Calendar, Posts, Websites, Generate videos, Clients, Accounts, Analytics, People, Settings and Guide. On a phone the same pages sit behind the ☰ menu button in the top-left corner.

Step 5: Add a workspace for each extra brand

Running more than one brand? Create a separate workspace for each and switch between them from the workspace menu. Your package belongs to you rather than to a workspace, so its allowances are shared across every workspace you own. How many workspaces each package includes is listed on the pricing page.

Step 6: Invite teammates (paid packages)

The free package is for one person. On a paid package, open People and invite teammates by email, giving each a role — admin, manager, editor or reviewer — or a custom set of permissions such as composing posts or managing connected accounts. Each invitee gets an email link and joins with their own SSS account.

People — where teammates are invited and given a role.

Step 7: Connect your first social account

With the workspace ready, open Accounts and connect a Facebook Page, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube. That is covered step by step in how to connect your social accounts.

Accounts — every connected platform, with its own Connect or Disconnect button.

Tips

Name each workspace after the brand its audience knows — it is the name you will see in the workspace menu every day.

Use one workspace per brand, not one per platform. A single post can go to every connected account in its workspace at once.

If several people will work on the account, give each their own login through People instead of sharing a password. Posts from anyone without publish permission then wait for a teammate who can publish to approve them.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a credit card to sign up for SSS Social?

No. Every account starts on the free package, which needs no card and does not expire. You only pay if you later choose to buy a paid package.

What is the difference between an account and a workspace?

Your account is you: your login and the package you own. A workspace is one brand or company, with its own connected social accounts, posts, calendar and team. One account can own several workspaces, and the package limits are shared between them.

Can teammates use the free package?

No. The free package is a single seat. Inviting teammates, and the approvals that come with them, start with the paid packages.

Can I sign up with Google?

Yes. Continue with Google on the sign-up page creates the account in one step. You can also sign up with an email address and a password.

The illustrated version is section 1 of the guide: Create your account and workspace.

Get started

Create your free account now — your first workspace is ready the moment you sign up.

Create your free account

More how-to articles

Next: How to choose an SSS Social package — and start for free

All how-to articles
